Rick Janka MA, LLP
Rick attended the University of Detroit Mercy for his undergraduate studies. There he received a double major in sociology and religious studies. He later went on to earn his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. Rick is currently studying for his Doctorate in Psychology.  Rick has worked with individuals ranging from age 15 to late adulthood as well as couples. He has experience working with anxiety, depression, ad/hd, sexual issues (including addiction and sexual disorders), PTSD, and premarital counseling. Rick also has experience working with police, fire, and other first responders. Rick has received training in the following areas: hostage & crisis negotiation, law enforcement stress, line of duty death, and critical incident stress management.

Ryan Delvecchio MA, LLP
Ryan attended Madonna University for his undergraduate studies. There he received a BA in Psychology. He later went on to earn his Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. Ryan is experienced in working with a wide range of clients and issues. Ryan has extensive experience working with married and non-married couples, improving the satisfaction and joy of their relationships. He also enjoys working with addictive disorders including substance abuse and gambling, as well as anger management, grief and loss, and a variety of other conditions.

Debbie Little MA, LLP
Debbie attended William Tyndale College for her undergraduate studies, where she received a BA in Psychology. She later went on to earn her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. Debbie has been trained in Restorative Practice Conferencing and has used that training in her work for the South Lyon School district over the past seven years. Debbie has extensive experience working with children, adolescence, adults, couples and families.

Tara Reed MA, LLP
Tara attended William Tyndale College for her undergraduate studies, where she received her BA in Psychology. She later went on to earn her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. Tara is experienced in working with a wide range of clients and issues. She has worked with individuals who range from age 6 to late adulthood as well as couples. She has experience working with addictions, depression, cutting, anger management, foster care, substance and sexual abuse, premarital and marital counseling. She incorporates art and play therapy in her sessions with adolescents. Tara was born and raised in the metro-Detroit area and has a passion for helping the community.

Kimberly Cooper MA, LLP
Kimberly attended Madonna University for her undergraduate studies. There she received a dual major in psychology and sociology. She later went on to earn her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary. Kimberly has experience working with a wide range of clients and issues. She has worked older adolescents, couples, and families. Her areas of concentration are enhancement of interpersonal relationships in the order of improving states of communication and conflict resolution, premarital and marital counseling, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, addictions, financial and career guidance, stress/coping mechanisms in daily living and a variety of other conditions.

Joe Rea, BA
Joe has a wide variety of experiences that have helped influence him as a counselor.  He attended Taylor University for his undergraduate studies, where he earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Christian Education, and Youth Ministry.  He spent ten years working with youth in the United States and in Europe, before pursuing his MA in Counseling Counseling from Moody Theological Seminary.  His training, which will be finished in June, is focused on families, adolescents, and marriages.

Stacey Gerhart, BA
Stacey attended Biola University for her undergraduate studies. There she received a BA in psychology. At this time, Stacey is earning her Master’s in Counseling at Liberty University. She is a graduate level intern providing counseling services while receiving training and supervision from our licensed therapists. Stacey has been working with adolescents and their families for many years while in several youth leadership positions. She has led countless discussion groups, implemented education on grief and emotional disorders, and dealt with numerous crisis interventions. Stacey also has experience working with anxiety, depression, AD/HD and family conflict. Stacey grew up in Orange County, CA and has a passion for helping people in their personal growth and healing.
