Our Anger Management Program is based on the one developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We use their workbook along with our own uniquely tailored material to give you a healthier alternative to managing your anger.
Participants who successfully complete our program learn the difference between anger, aggression and hostility, learn to recognize triggering events and cues, how to employ healthy coping skills and much more.
