Cassie is the Director of Client Relations at Solid Ground Counseling. In her role she supports new client referrals for the team. She brings expertise in first-responder treatment and wellness programs. She leads proactive wellness initiatives, provides essential support services and resources to first responders, and specializes in curriculum development for training and consulting.
Cassie possesses an extensive background in law enforcement with over 15 years of service, a majority of which was dedicated to serving in a 911 Emergency Communications Center. She currently serves as the National NENA (National Emergency Numbers Association) Wellness Co-Chair, and is an active member of the North Carolina NENA Wellness Team.
