Kathryn obtained a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She has experience with clients working through trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief, neurodevelopmental disorders, relationship issues, and spiritual issues. Kathryn also employs a cognitive behavioral approach to counseling, utilizing evidence-based interventions, and tailors all treatment plans to each client's specific needs and experiences. Overall, Kathryn works with clients to create SMART goals that empower them to improve their functioning and life satisfaction.
