Liz is pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling at Spring Arbor University. She uses a collaborative approach to help adults, adolescents, and couples work towards their goals in a supportive and compassionate environment. She believes in partnering with clients to help them navigate difficult circumstances, improve interpersonal communication and relationships, and process emotions. Her approach includes guiding clients towards solutions using Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment, and Strength-Based therapies, along with incorporating wellness practices to improve their overall well-being. Walk-and-talk sessions and Christian-based therapy are available upon request.
